Perhaps you have been researching Whole Body Vibration (WBV) machines for a while, perhaps you are just starting, in either case there is some important information you should know.
WRONG. There are many copy cat machines being manufactured out there, made to look like T-Zone Machines. T Zone Whole Body Vibration machines are built to the HIGHEST Canadian standards. Yes, they are manufactured in our plants (we own them) in China. This does not mean that other machines out there are also built to the same high standards. How can you be sure the WBV machine you purchase for your family is guaranteed safe, electronically, and structurally?
Look for the CSA Symbol. If the machine doesn't have it, then its not CSA approved, simple as that!
What does a CSA Symbol Look like?
This is Canada Only

This is for Canada and the USA.
Should I report a company that does not have CSA approved merchandise for sale, or use? YES, contact your local electrical standards office (usually at your City Hall) and advise them about the machine you saw, where, and the name of it. Consumers are often not aware of the mandated safety requirements a company must have for sales or use of electrical equipment in Canada. All electrical equipment in Canada must have CSA or another approved designation. The CSA symbol must appear directly on the machine itself, not on the cord, or something like that. If you cannot see the symbol on the machine, then it is not CSA approved. If you are not sure, contact your electrical standards office and let them decide about the equipments electrical approval. A retailer may tell you that CE is an approved designation for Canada, this is simply not true. CE is a European designation and does not offer any approval for use in Canada. More information about the CE designation.

If all equipment needs to be certified, how come so many are for sale without certification?
This is a question we simply don't know the answer to. Many times it takes consumer awareness and knowledge of who to report the equipment to. Rest assured when you purchase a T-Zone Vibration machine you are getting a CSA approved, fully accredited piece of quality merchandise that we stand behind 100%. The CSA is an independant third party company that is there to provide safety for consumers in Canada. Their standards are high and consumers should trust them.
How can I know for sure that T-Zone's machines are CSA Approved?
Our approval is listed at CSA's website which clearly shows our company and our approval for both the VT-7 and the New VT-12. Any other company that has CSA approved equipment will also be listed in this category. You can search CSA's website for our competitors for CSA designation. There are very FEW competitors actually CSA approved, or certified for use or sale in Canada. Some competitors are certifying only the machine that they show you in the store and then they are selling you equipment that is not certified. Remember the designation needs to be on the machine itself, as well as on the CSA website. Ask the company to provide you with proof on the CSA website that all their machines are indeed CSA approved. If the price seems too good to be true, it is a big tip off that the machines may indeed NOT be CSA approved. If you require any further information about our CSA approval, please see us in person, at our location.

What marks should I be looking for as a consumer when making an educated decision about my machine purchase?
These marks indicate a Special Inspection, which applies ONLY to the machine bearing the label. No other machine the retailer has is certified CSA, or UL approved with a logo like this. Each and every piece of equipment must bear this logo for it to really be inspected, and approved to the Canadian Electrical code.
What can happen if I buy equipment that is NOT certified?
If you choose to purchase equipment that is not approved by an accredited Canadian body, you are taking a chance. That equipment may indeed be safe, and electrically sound, however, if it is why did the manufacture not bother to follow Canadian standards? If the machine is substandard it could cause electrical failure including fire, and hazard to your home, and or health. The good news is our machines are CSA approved, and affordably priced. Offering you the best of both worlds. Peace of mind for you and your family, at a price you can afford. We even offer FINANCING.
We offer a warranty second to NONE. Our machines have a rock solid warranty, a full year replacement warranty, 2nd year all parts are covered from defect, and the 3rd, 4th, and 5th year the motor is covered.
